Imageapp -- Display Random Image Files on Your Destop

There are a lot of program that will randomly change your wallpaper, but it can be fun to display images from a folder on a small part of your desktop. This is a great way to look at the spouse and kids while at work or see pictures from your latest weekend getaway to remind you of why you are at work instead of at home in bed. Imageapp is a simple utility to display image files (jpgs and bmps) from a directory (and its subdirectories) on a portion of your desktop. You put the program in a directory of your choice, run it, and it asks you for a directory. Then it starts displaying pictures from that directory at random. You can resize the window and drag it around your screen. Right click on the window and you get a short menu of options (such as how of often to change the picture).
From the Imageapp web site:
imageApp is an application which displays your digital photo library in random sequence in a moveable and resizeable window.
All of you who have large numbers of photos sitting unseen on your hard drive can fire up this app and lo, they will appear before you, reminding you of how much your kids have grown, or that great party from a couple of years back or the holiday you took in Wyoming (or Kettering, or wherever).
Imageapp is a simple program that does what it does well -- and brightens up otherwise dull days while doing so. What more can one ask?
